We’re very proud of the beautiful shop that we’ve built in Peoria, Arizona. We’re very proud of the great specialty coffee that we serve from Peixoto. We’re even proud of the matte black Not Neutral mugs that we serve our drinks in. But anyone could build something nice, serve something delicious, or buy some neat drinkware. We’re proud of a lot of things, but we’re most proud of the community that we get to experience each and every day in and around our shop. And we certainly didn’t build this community – it was here in the surrounding neighborhoods and schools long before we broke ground. Rather, we saw an opportunity to serve and host this thriving community and concluded that a great coffee shop would be a great way to do this. Our doors opened in August 2019, and we haven’t looked back since. Community matters to us, and that’s exactly what pushes us to serve the best coffee with the best service. The cake pop craze was becoming mainstream and as orders accumulated; I reached my productivity capacity and was feeling the rolling pain in my hands. As I searched for a machine that would relieve my pain I couldn’t find one that did the job. My search continually came up empty, desperate to find an “easier way”, I decided to build one myself. Over several months and through trial and error with different materials and processes, the Easy Roller was born. In 1952, a brand spanking new silver bullet diner was delivered to a small community in Upstate New York. This Mountainview Diner, built in Singac, New Jersey, Model No. 330, was slated to be “the most modern kitchen in all of upstate”. The residents of Herkimer watched in amazement as the diner was delivered on a flatbed truck and installed right along Main Street. For 65 years the Empire Diner has been the hub of the community and has held a special place in the hearts of many. Booty's Wings Burgers & Beer

The idea of Booty's was hatched way back in 1985 by Andy LiButti while he was attending Florida International University. He wanted to create a place that had the Best Wings Anywhere, lots of Sports Action, and a Super Friendly staff. After working for several different restaurants and various other endeavors, He partnered up with Peggy Young, and together with Charlie Houston and Kurtis Paul they scraped together enough money to open Booty's Wings Burgers & Beer in Surprise in May 2012. In January 2014, Booty's opened a 2nd location in Buckeye, Arizona, and in August of 2019 Booty's 3rd location opened in Goodyear, Arizona. Booty's concept is simple… Serve Great Fresh Made From Scratch Food, Give The Best Service Possible and Provide an Atmosphere Where Families Feel At Home While Watching Their Favorite Sports On Our Many TVs. Our Wings are the biggest wings we can purchase and are always fresh, not frozen.
