Yusef's has been in the valley for over 30 years! We specialize in authentic middle eastern/european/mediterranean cuisine. Our entire menu is made from scratch. We have some of the best hummos, falafel, taziki, baba ganouj, and tabouli in town! We take pride in our menu and make sure our taste stands out from the rest. Established in 1987.
We have been around for 30+ years. I am the current owner that took over the business around 12 years ago. We maintained our home made recipes and added some of our own. I changed our service and made sure to provide a friendly and fun atmosphere!

My name is Jim Khnanisho and I am the current owner of Yusef's. I have been managed resturants for over 20 years and love putting a smile on people's faces. It was always a dream of mine to have my own business and when I stumbled upon Yusef's I knew it was a perfect fit. The menu is unlike any in Arizona and reminded me a lot of what I was accustomed to in the east coast. It never gets old hearing my customers compliments on how my menu is the best in town!
I finally made it out to the grocery and restaurant and am glad that I did so tonight. The food is exceptional and authentic. Each dish was cooked to perfection. My son had the lamb and rice entree, and I had the kibbee and rice entree. Each one comes with a small salad.
In addition to the restaurant there is a selection of middle eastern, Greek, and other fresh and packaged foods from all over the world.
I got the falafel sandwich which was delicious! I also took some Zaatar home and I used it the next day for potatoes and it was really good. This is a local business and the owner is very nice!
Yusef's Middle Eastern Restaurant is a perfect place to dine in or take out some amazing eats. I placed an order over the phone and was given a 20 minute prep time. After 20 minutes my food was available for pick up. I was able to grab some delicious pomegranate juice and some other middle eastern items I've been craving.
The beef kabob plate was so fresh and delicious. Their side salad is super fresh and has some really yummy, fresh cheese. Their hummus is amazing and their lentil soup is really delicious too. Check them out, you won't be disappointed.
