We are a neighborhood restaurant and brewery serving New American cuisine and brewing our own hand-crafted beers. With 20 taps of craft beer, we also provide a selection of other beers from local and regional craft breweries as well as a full bar featuring unique cocktails and small batch liquors. We have a dining area for up to 64 guests and a beautiful dog friendly patio for over 80 guests. We serve our gastropub fare and craft drinks six days a week and hold special events throughout the year.

My husband and I decided to try out the Peoria Artisan Brewery on our recent date night and we are so glad we did. We did have to wait about 45 minutes for a table, but with it being a Saturday night and around 530pm that is understandable. Luckily we were able to get drinks at the bar while we waited. I opted for the Mango Cider and he tried the Borderlands Noche Dulce Porter. Both were really good. Once a table was ready we ordered our food. Instead of deciding on one of the burgers they offered I opted to get the sliders that let me choose 3 of the options. I went for the SoMan, PAB and Brisket. All of them were amazing. My husband opted to get the normal size PAB burger. Since the sandwiches/burgers don't come with a side (you have to order it separately) we decided to just get an order of the dirty fries appetizer so we could share and tried 4 of their house made dipping sauces. The fries were amazing and I highly recommend getting an order. We did decided to try their Blueberry Ale also, which had just become available. It was delicious.

I liked how the meat being smoked was actually being done on the patio we were sitting on so we got a chance to see the chefs in action which was neat. We did opt to sit outside because it was a nice evening. All in all the food and drinks were amazing and we are so glad we decided to try out the Peoria Artisan Brewery. I am certain we will be back.

We waited 45 minutes for a table on a Saturday evening. Only 2 people. There were empty tables and seats so not sure why they were not seating more people. They finally called us and we sat inside. Took our drink order and it literally took over 15 minutes to even get a drink. We were about to walk out then the server finally acknowledged us and the fact we didn't have drinks. She then told us that it's a scratch kitchen and our food order would take 30 minutes to make.

The positive is that the food was really good. I had the shrimp and grits and the grits were very smooth and blended. I had ordered a side salad and that didn't need to be cooked so, Not sure why they couldn't bring that out first?

We enjoyed the food but would either do take out or go during the week when there was no wait.

It'd be great if you were offered drink service while you waited too.

Interesting establishment, craft spirits and cocktails.
Pig ears are worth trying, a pleasant surprise, very tasty, nothing like pork rinds.
Taylor is my server and she is fantastic, very attentive and accommodating. Made my dining experience memorable.

Holy Smokes.
Get the pork belly. Lookit it! Absolutely delicious. Savory, sweet, rich, acid from the slaw. Overall still a pretty filling dish but seriously dank.
Strawsome possum beer
Chicky tendies was also good.
Outdoor patty, doggie friendly. ‍ what's not to love
