I come here quite often, at least a few times a month. I work from home and this place is very close to me in terms of distance. I like it because I get to watch the basketball games here when they are on (like during the playoffs). I will say that overall the service and food is good but the hispanic girl with the dark hair and the tattoos (Natalie) has the worst customer service ever. Multiple times she's served me at the bar and she always makes me feel like she doesn't want me here, I don't understand why as I don't even talk to anyone usually and I am on my laptop. She acts very nice towards certain people but not others (mostly men). Today I tried to ask her for another drink after I was finished with mine for 15 mins, it took another bartender to get here, clock in, AND she finally asks me if I'd like another drink. This place could do much better if they had some more folks behind the bar like Adrienne that actually cared about taking care of me, even a little bit.
It was my first time eating at this restaurant I came along with a coworker. My coworker and I had a great time, we got to hangout outside of work and talk about work and life. I'm a fan of this burger, I'll be back to try out a different burger.
My wife and I had an overnight visit to phoenix and this place was recommended by someone at the airport. Food was excellent! My wife had the fried chicken dish and loved it, I had meatloaf and that was very good too, I have to say better than mine. Both of us had green beans in our meal and they were so good you're kids would eat them.
The drinks were marketed with cool names but they were only blah for us. Drinks about a C food A, service A.
