CHAR Pizzeria Napoletana was started with a passion for traditional, Napoletana-style pizzas. The owners are from Naples, Italy and wanted to bring that authenticity to everyone. Our pizzas are made with '00' flour and San Marzano tomatoes, both imported from Italy. We use several different Italian cheeses but the main cheese is a fresh fior di latte mozzarella. We have a myriad of Italian meats to choose from like Prosciutto di Parma, which is a cured pork shoulder, imported from the Parma region of Italy. Not everyone can make it to Italy, so we will bring Italy to YOU!

If you like fresh bagels, then you'll love Hot Bagels. The shop makes its bagels by hand, not by machine. The bagels are crusty on the outside and chewy on the inside, the way real bagels where meant to be and all of them are hand roll boiled and baked bagels daily. We serve breakfast and lunch everyday. It's quite a show to watch the large mound of dough being hand rolled and boiled. It smells great, too. In 1958 the first Village Inn Pancake House opened its doors in Denver, Colorado and began offering what has since made us famous— made-from-scratch buttermilk pancakes, fresh eggs cooked any style, sizzling bacon and a pot of steaming hot coffee.
More than once, vacationers in Denver stopped at Village Inn for a bite to eat and enjoyed it so much that they inquired about franchise opportunities before leaving. We are a family owned restaurant specializing in home-style cooking from El Salvador and Central America. Our recipes trace back to our homeland of El Salvador where “Niña Martha” became known by her community for her delicious chicken tamales, fresh green corn tamales and various other homemade meals that she would send her daughter Miriam to deliver to the workers at the “fincas”, the fields of coffee beans and corn. After relocating to Arizona, in 2002, the family opened up their first location in Mesa, AZ.
