New York West Pastry & Bake Shop

I pass here everyday to and from work, I don't think I will ever retire, I don't like sitting around, it's depressing, I don't need sadness but I do want to go check out these pastries, if I could just get myself together early enough to stop on the way to work, I need pecan sticky buns in my life...... maybe it could be a Sunday habit, are they even open on Sunday?!?! I see a paper, I mean a real news paper not that online mess and a sticky bun with pecans dripping down because it's hot!

By the way, they are open on Sundays at 5:00 AM...

Always the best in the valley
Don't bother looking else where if your looking for the best rye, or other specialty breads. All your favorites Danish hand made cookies and Italian specialties.

No thank you! I purchased cream puffs, cannoli & Neapolitans. The pastries were all soggy and the filling was the same in everything. It was a thick, gooey, overly sweet, processed tasting filling.
I have never had a cream puff that wasn't filled with whipped cream, this was filled with the same pudding like filling as all of the others I got.
My household has 7 people in it and not a single one of us liked any of it. I was very disappointed. In my opinion, it was not good & a little pricey.

Awesome little bakery!! Went by on a whim and so glad we did. Bought cannoli's, cookies and some
small pastries. Would definitely recommend!!

I've been going there for a number of years but not again. Since they remodeled the inside of the bakery, the quality and taste have hit bottom and the prices have skyrocketed. They increased the size of the pastries but the taste is non existing. Spent over $30 for sub-par pastries. Very disappointed. My word-of-mouth recommendation will now be "DONT BOTHER".

The owner is a very pleasant and kind ladie. The pastry's are very good, if someone doesn't like them, they do not have to buy them. I always bring stuff to work amd everyone loves it.
