CHAR Pizzeria Napoletana was started with a passion for traditional, Napoletana-style pizzas. The owners are from Naples, Italy and wanted to bring that authenticity to everyone. Our pizzas are made with '00' flour and San Marzano tomatoes, both imported from Italy. We use several different Italian cheeses but the main cheese is a fresh fior di latte mozzarella. We have a myriad of Italian meats to choose from like Prosciutto di Parma, which is a cured pork shoulder, imported from the Parma region of Italy. Not everyone can make it to Italy, so we will bring Italy to YOU!

Came to meet up a friend.
I wasn't sure what to get so I made my own pizza with half cheese and half sausage, ham, pepperoni, green pepper and onion. It was good but pricey.
My friend also got bruschetta and it was good too.
They have a deal on Tuesdays.
Great experience last Sunday at Char. I got there right as they were opening and to get a patio location for the big group planning on meeting up. The owner/manager/employee offered to help and then offered me a beverage as I waited for my party to arrive. She was awesome. I made sure to pay for it when I came through the line to order, but I like how she saw that she could get me started off on the right foot with customer service. The patio area worked great for our large party with kiddos, the food was excellent and so was my beer.
I plan to come back in the future.
I can't criticize a single thing. Wonderful cocktails, pizzas and dessert. The patio is bigger than it looks and nice. You can see the sunset, sit at the inside-outside bar, see the cool lit sculpture change colors, be warmed by the ample number of gas torches and listen to great live music (perfect volume--enough to feel festive but not so loud you can't chat over dinner & cocktails)
