Drive thru took forever. I pulled up and the lady didn't even understand what I ordered so I had to wait an extra 20 minutes once she realized I just wanted two enchiladas. She snatched my card out of my hand and acted very annoyed. I felt so uncomfortable with the way I was treated on top of sitting there for 30 minutes. I get home and the food is terrible. I never leave bad reviews like this but I wish I could put a sign in front of the drive thru that reads "do not waste your time!"
I couldn't help it. We love the food here.It's fresh, quick and really tasty. We have been here several times now and honestly... the only time we have any issues with the food is when we get delivery. They aren't good with deliveries. There is a missing or broken link there... just have to go pick it up. Period.
Up until summer of 2020, I loved this place. Don't get me ring, the food is pretty tasty but every single time in the last 9 months, no matter if I order in the drive through or Uber, My order is always wrong. I shouldn't have to literally go through every single container to double check. The location on Happy Valley is much better with customer service. So

Food is good. Hours are a mystery!! Don't plan on them being open as ADVERTISED. I work early so a nice burrito every once in awhile sounds good, however when you chose Federico it's still only gonna sound good. Taste isn't a option because they actually don't open till after 6:30-7:15ish. Embarrassing for service
