I've been twice, the food was amazing each time. The staff I've encountered has been friendly and fun. Plenty of outdoor seating and good parking. Price is surprisingly reasonable for this type of establishment!
I'll definitely return!
The new owner evidently is cutting back on quality. My boyfriend and I had the fish fry last night and it didn't come close to previous times we ate there. We won't be back.
Garbage service. Saturday afternoon spent over the course of 4 hours, trying to get the smallest semblance of service from our waitress. I can understand a business being understaffed due to the miserable conditions that Covid has introduced, but after being a regular customer for the last 5-6 years, I'm absolutely done with this place. Four hours.. Two drinks between my friend and I. The food has never been an issue, but the service I was shown today by not only the waitress (Heather) as well as the Manager (no idea what his name was, as he spoke to me once) is beyond horrid. This place has turned into an absolute garbage fire.
If I could give this place zero stars, I would.
Fix your issues, or be prepared to start looking for new careers.
Our meals were delivered by someone other than our waitress and had one wrong meal, one missing meal and no condiments. Plus, we wanted to order more drinks. We were told by this delivery person to wait for our waitress for service.
We waited and finally found her. I didn't say anything about getting the wrong meal, having no condiments or wanted more drinks, but, we did re-order the missing meal. Most of us were already done with our meal though. And, we had to hunt her down to get our bill, even though she said she was going to bring it. When she brought us the check, she did say, "is everything okay and can I get you anything else". Those words should have been said a lot earlier. LOL Heard good reviews, but, this sort of thing happens now and then to the best of them.
Waiter was slow, not friendly. He was more concerned for other tables that mine. I think he was concerned about the table behind us as they were placing bets. He kept passing a dirty table in our section. Table was still dirty when we left.
Service is either really good or just plain sucks. Don't come here if you are hungry. A table came in right after us, waited and left.
