Ordered these yummy cupcakes for my moms 90th birthday...we were not disappointed! They are moist, delicious cakes with amazing icing and plenty of it!! Perfect!

We were walking around Downtown Phoenix after grabbing lunch and came upon Tammie Co Cakes. The store was small, but really cute ... Everything was Valentine's themed for the weekend! They had 3 different kinds of cupcakes (Coconut, Ooey Gooey, and Red Velvet), a few different kinds of cookies (Chocolate Chip, Peanut Butter, etc.), along with whole cakes, brownies, as well as some other kinds of dessert items.

My boyfriend and I decided to each get a cupcake. He got the Ooey Gooey which was a chocolate cake with vanilla buttercream, and I got the Red Velvet cake with cream cheese frosting. Both of us agreed that we preferred the Red Velvet cupcake over Chocolate cupcake because it was a bit more moist and the cream cheese frosting was more tasty than the vanilla buttercream. There was a lot of frosting on both cupcakes but it was less sweet than what I find at other cupcake places, so that was definitely a plus.

The cost of 2 cupcakes was $7 and some change. Although I probably wouldn't think of driving out to Phoenix to get a cupcake from Tammie Co Cakes, I'd definitely stop by to grab a sweet treat if I'm in the area!

I bought a Tammie Coe coconut cupcake for the first time at the Phoenix Airport. I didn't get a chance to try it until I was on board my flight. I was blown away by the deliciousness of it. It was most certainly the best cupcake I have ever eaten. I wanted to go back and buy out the concession stand. Well, since that was not possible I am specifically planning to load up with coconut cupcakes on my next trip to and from Phoenix. Tammie Coe coconut cupcakes are simply The Best!!!

The chocolate crack cake cannot be beat. Gluten-free because it's a mousse and it's just incredible. I also love the bran muffin because the spread on top is delectable, as well as the blackberries included. I know people love the Louis gooey cupcakes, but I don't stray much from those two selections I just mentioned.

That chocolate "crack" cake not always available, so you might as well just call and order it. If you have any extra, just share it - make your friends and family happy. They will love you. And you need that love.
