Due to the time it takes to make Pho the right way, one of our favorite places to eat was our local Pho restaurant. However, once the pandemic was in full effect, this was no longer an option. So what did we do then? The entire family got involved in brainstorming on how we can make AUTHENTIC Pho in a short amount of time to make it convenient for our busy lifestyle. First, we took our family recipe that has been passed down several generations, and started to experiment on ways to make it faster, and not sacrifice flavor, taste or authenticity. Casa Filipina is a Filipino Restaurant Serving the Most Delicious Filipino Food in Arizona, Chicken Adobo, Chicken Inasal, Kare Kare, Dinuguan (chocolate Pork Stew) and Most Classical Filipino Dishes, also the Baked Goods are produced by two Professional Pastry Chefs (owners Tess And Tony) Tiramisu, Creme Bruleé, Famous Guava, Ube(purple Yam) and Plain Cheese Rolls, Leche Flan, Sylvana(aka Sanrival) Ube Cheesecake, Ube Bread, Ube Tarts, Ube Cakes, Halo Halo, Sago't Gulaman, also for Christmas we bake the traditional German Christmas Stollen. And a lot more. Every Friday since 2007 we have Live Music by Az Flipside Jazz Band 6:30-9:30pm a Filipino-American Band composed of Willie del Rosario, Jerry Toki and Marcello Soliven. We serve breakfast Lunch and Dinner. And also Do Catering on site and off site, Banquet Room available for weddings, Birthday parties, Baby showers, And any kind of function, Free Gourmet cake, Free Desserts and Frees Drinks call now to book Party. History Established in 2006. my wife and me are Pastry Chefs as well as Chef de Cuisine ,we both know how to Bake, Decorate, Create desserts,breads,Pastries and also Cooking. i lost my job in 2004 and my wife Hotel was demolished in 2005, so 2 years after that happened we decided to open a Filipino Bakery , then the following year a next door space was available , so we turn it into a Restaurant , offering Classical Filipino dishes , our bakery is international , we have French, Italian , Greek and on some ocassions German Pastries, specially for Christmas i make a traditional dresden Christmas Stollen. let me not forget that being the firs filipino bakery in arizona , we create the best Filipino Pastries, Cakes and desserts in Arizona. Nick DiLello - Owner Nick started his career in the bridal industry opening retail stores across the Southwest. In 2001 he worked at a wedding venue as a General Manager in Las Vegas. He specialized in planning corporate events and designing wedding receptions. An entrepreneur at heart he then purchased a franchise for a national wedding publication in the Arizona market in 2002. For the past 18 years he has produced the second largest and ONLY locally owned and operated bridal planning event in Arizona. Customer service is his number one focus. While his career path has been varied the pride he shows in everything he does shines through. Opening Bottega Pizzeria Ristorante in 2017 combined his love for food and hospitality. Being born in Milano, Italy his Mom was the inspiration behind the stove and the secret to his passion for everything Italian. Times Square was started with a dream and a vision for great Italian food and friendly, family-style service. Over the last 17 years, we've realized that dream. We started out at our original location at 26th Ave. and Deer Valley Road in Phoenix, adding our second and largest restaurant at Union Hills and 7th St in Phoenix. Then in January of 2017, we opened our third and newest location in Litchfield Park at Litchfield Rd and Camelback Rd.
