This is a hidden gem! I'm so glad my uncle told me about this place and we were able to try it one Saturday afternoon. The owner waited on us and she was top notch. The food, the ambiance, the music, everything was excellent. Angry Crab who?? This will definitely be my go-to from now on. We had the snow crab legs with the house specialty medium and the spice and flavor was yum! We also shared some oysters on the half shell and were fresh. The only thing that would make this perfect is if they had crayons for the kiddos to draw on the paper on the table BUT she was quick to offer a pen!
Wow! I am so impressed with the flavors that this restaurant had to offer! The house special sauce was incredible and the seafood was so delicious. I loved the crab, shrimp, and clams the most. Make sure to dip back into the sauce before eating for the full flavor. The service was great and we loved the ambiance. The server was very attentive to our needs and noticed we needed things before we even asked for them. Got to chat with the server and they mentioned that this is the only locally owned crab boil in the area. Would definitely come back again and would highly recommend supporting local!
This local restaurant right in my neighborhood just opened up and what a perfect time to try it but on Mother's Day! I mean who doesn't love seafood especially Cajun style?! We were pleasantly surprised as the seafood in a bag that other similar restaurants offer was Excellent! My two sons got the snow crab while I opted for some clams. Hubby stuck with the basic fish and chips but tried everybody's dish to make sure it was all delicious LOL. If you like to support the independent restaurants as opposed to the national chains, like I try to do, then I recommend The Spice Sea - you won't be an angry crab !
Absolutely love this place, my family and i are here at least once a week !!! Service is great! Owners are so friendly and food is always delicious !!! If and when you stop by try the house special sauce . It is beyond amazing !!!
