With Bar Louie, no two bars are going to be exactly the same. We listen to our neighborhoods and let them shape us, not the other way around. That’s what makes Bar Louie special. No corners cut. No excuses. It’s not always the easiest way to do things, but it’s the right way. Because if you’re not going to give people something special, why bother at all? So whether you’re looking for good food, a refreshing cocktail, or just conversation, Bar Louie has you covered.
Greg is at bar Louie is amazing ! Super nice and came up to us right away and we had drinks within seconds after waiting somewhere else without ever been served! Je is wonderful! There food is also amazing!!
They were pretty busy but they took care of us. My wife and I haven't been going out much so it was good to enjoy ourselves. Everyone there was pleasant from the first moment we walked in. The manager came over, he was a nice man. Apologized for the wait but it was no trouble at all. He even brought us another round of drinks when our waitress was busy. We will be back. -Bill & Peggy
I really wanted to love this place. It has a very cool vibe and a great looking menu. We were greeted by a very friendly host who showed us to seats at the bar.
Once we sat down, we were ignored by every bartender. No nod of recognition or even letting us know they would be by shortly. Eventually we were able to order drinks and then it was another 25 minutes to order food.
When the food did eventually come out, mine was cold and my husband 's was not what he ordered. At this point we were starving so sending it back was not an option.
I think Bar Louie has the potential to be amazing but they are definitely falling short in the customer service department. I would give them another try but maybe not sit at the bar next time.
