What took me so long
I went to Blaze Fast Fire'd Pie for lunch today with my co-worker and I have to admit we really enjoyed our meals. Blaze has the same concept which is similar to Chipotle. You create your very own pizza masterpiece.
Blaze, has an assembly line concept for Pizza or salad if you prefer. You walk up to the counter and walk down the line. As you walk down the line you tell the Pizza cooks what to add to your pizza. The price remains the same reguardless of what or how many topping you add to your pizza.
I ordered a pie with tomato sauce, crushed garlic, pepperoni and spicy sausage. My co-worker ordered similar but with a couple of topping changes.
The line moved very quickly so we built or pizza creations, paid, and filled our drinks. The pizzas came about seven minutes after that. Blaze offers a good selection of fresh meats, cheeses, and vegetables and the prices are modest.
The staff is friendly, accomadating,
the food is good, and at a reasonable price.If your in the area give it a try.
I was walking down Bell road to 7th st and saw a Blaze pizza restaurant. I saw alot of these in LA but never been to one so this was my first time.
The system is line up and order then they call you to get your pizza. I had a meatlovers and added gorgonzola cheese(delicious), extra sauce, kalamata olives and roasted garlic.
The staff did a great job and my pizza was ready fast piping hot full of my favorite toppings.
For $10 it's alot of pizza with all the toppings.
The pizza was great, comfy seating, location and staff is excellent.
Highly recommended for gourmet pizza and low prices.
Our first experience at Blaze Pizza was great! We ordered a large (saw this on their website, not on the in-store menu) that serves 3-4. We loaded it with a bunch of toppings and added 4 garlic knots. It was all really yummy and the wait wasn't too long. Our leftover pizza warmed nicely - gotta love that!
