About

Brewing beer locally in Glendale, Arizona.
Throne Brewing was established in March of 2018, when owner-operator Carlos Toma purchased already existing Dubina Brewing in Glendale, Arizona. With over 10 years’ experience running a craft beer shop in downtown Phoenix, Arizona, opening a brewery was the obvious next step and also a lifelong goal.

Since opening its doors, Throne Brewing has become an outlet for creativity, innovation, and comradery. Our main focus is producing a wide variety of craft beers for every different beer enthusiast to enjoy while also providing a welcoming atmosphere for all.

On April 1st, 2020, Throne Brewing opened its second location in Peoria, Arizona. This location is a production facility and taproom, with a brand-new canning line that will focus on serving our beers to the entire state of Arizona and beyond.

So I had passed this place a few times back when it was Dubina. I had yet to stop in though. Running some errands in the area we decided to swing by and check it out!

A small unsuspecting corner of a parking lot, but overly impressive. They have a multitude of high tops available as well as standard tables and tables with a booth on one half. There is a square bar towards the back that is available as well.

The best part of this place was all the alcohol was local! They have their own beer on tap as well as some guest taps. They also have local spirits that are featured as well.

The menu was bar food, but I enjoyed it! We had the sampler with mozzarella sticks, butterfly shrimp, and the pretzel. Can't complain about anything there at all. I also had the Gorgonzola Burger but subbed with grilled chicken. Be warned the peppers were pretty spicy! Wifey had the dry rubbed wings. They were really good, a little on the sweeter side but still good!

Overall a tramway place to hang out and grab a beer. We will definitely be back!

We have been doing the brewery passport, so whenever we are in a different area we look for something new. They don't have an extensive beer list, but it is well rounded. Highly recommend the milkshake IPA even if you don't like "hoppy".

You'll have to ask for water. But it does taste filtered. The bartender is also the waitress for quickly became a busy restaurant.

The food took a little while. But the kitchen crew brought the food out fresh and hot with an apology. They are working hard. And thank God for those that will work. You need to try the brats if you haven't. And the ultimate grilled cheese is adult comfort food.

Excellent food, beer & service. We tried the Throne Blood Orange from Sprouts & really liked it. On a whim. Found the brewery near Arrowhead Towne Center. Coming from the Carefree area, it's quite a hike, but worked it into a trip to the mall. Wish the location was closer to Cave Creek.

Tried the Sampler (sliders, onion rings & chips), the bratwurst & applewood wings. All were excellent. Sunday Happy Hour is great. If this was closer, it'd be in the weekly rotation!

Friendly service, casual atmosphere, good beer selection, and delicious burgers. What's not to love? Yum! Seriously. Check it out.
