Bibiano's has been recommend to me numberous times. While looking for a restaurant, our children requested Mexican food. We decided it was time to give Bibiano's a try.
Super service. Signs indicated, and they verbally told us that they were short staffed. They still did an excellent job of checking in on us. Due to the short staffing, it did take a little longer for the food to come out. Our server topped off our drinks, refilled our chips and salsa, and kept us abreast of what was happening. All with a pleasant attitude. We didn't mind the wait.
On top of the chips and salsa, my children particularly enjoyed the ground beef tacos and rice. Their chicken tacos are well stuffed, and flavorful. I was there for the kids and wasn't really eating, but did enjoy the guacamole. Avocado used was fresh and creamy. They thought the cheese enchiladas with green sauce were okay.
There is a 4% charge for using one's credit card. A notice is printed at the bottom of the receipt.
Came here with a large meetup group. It was the first time. It was good. Service was fantastic. Only one server but she was great. I've learned to be patient since Covid. If great portions. Lots of leftovers. Price was good too.
I was greeted immediately at the door and seated right away by my server Chris. He took my drink order for a frozen margarita and it was prepared and served in minutes. Delicious! Chips and two salsas were brought, one red, one green. The chips were unique (bubbly texture) but I enjoyed them. I ordered the #10 (one red cheese enchilada, taco, beans, rice, sour cream, guacamole, and shredded beef flauta). Everything was delicious, especially the flauta. Chris was pleasant, attentive, and hardworking. He should get an award for patience, as patrons were making so many changes to their orders and taking forever at a time when he was so busy! He was still able to joke around and have a good time. Will definitely return! This location has been so many restaurants over the years, but I think this one is here to stay.
