I loved my experience at this restaurant. The food was amazing. We all got steaks, and the staff working at this restaurant location were friendly and efficient. The wait time was pretty long, but it was all worth the wait. I ordered two of their mocktails, and I would have been interested in trying their deviled eggs and their bacon-wrapped filets. Next time.

I loved my visit. The only thing that I would change is the cleanliness of their bathrooms. They were pretty gross. Overall I had a wonderful time at the restaurant, and I would really love to come here again during my next trip to Arizona. This is a wonderful restaurant with lovely people. The hostess was also great! I would recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area who's in for a good meal.

The prime rib and aged ribeye steaks were good. The shrimp pasta was also good. But the slaw has very little, if any, flavor. Also, we were surprised to get only one piece of bread with three butters considering that we ordered three entrees, for three people. We ordered three desserts, lemon cake, chocolate cake and crème brûlée cheesecake--all were good (each one can be easily shared by 2-4 people, IMO).

Total cost of dinner= $132 + some change, plus tax. But I noticed that it actually cost around $172. What's this service charge of $28.70? My husband picked up the dinner. I hope someone from the restaurant would read this and explain to me what the additional service charge was for.

Haven't been to this place in years. Returned to have a nice dinner and was sadly disappointed.

We set a reservation early that day for 8:30 P.M. Upon our arrival, we were told there were a few parties ahead of us and we're finally seated at 8:57 P.M.

Upon walking up to the table, I slid across a seat covered in food. The table, also covered in the prior group's crumbs. The table looked like it hadn't been polished in 5 years.

The arrival of our kind waitress was also disappointing. I asked about specials where she proceeded to tell me they no longer have specials and that they also discontinued many of the favorite items - like the green beans - from the menus. She was very aware and highlighted other patrons were disappointed in the shift. She was cheery and was familiar with our disappointed disposition.

We ordered the seared ahi tuna to start. Which was great and came out timely.

My dish was the wood grilled salmon. This was way over-salted and lackluster. My dinner partner got the prime rib. Both of these dishes showed up 45 minutes after our order was placed and cold. Before we could dive in, we asked to have one silverware replaced because there was food on it.

This place has the ambiance of a chili's and the appeal of the Black Angus near metrocenter.

Skip this place and head to Fleming's or Arrowhead Grill.

had dinner here tonight with my sister-
She has been here before- we had prime rib and rib eye - both were cooked perfectly- tender and delicious! Our server, Dawn, enhanced our evening- excellent mix of friendly, helpful and efficient- she is a real asset!

We travel a lot and have visited different Firebirds and this one is absolutely horrible. The wait time to get seated is never true to your reservation. After we get sat we never have a waiter come to ask what we need for almost 10 minutes. Mind you the times we’ve gone it’s usually empty. We waited 30 minutes for the appetizer then 30 minutes for the food. One hour!!! The food came out either WAY undercooked (ordered medium rare) or charred (we ordered medium). The food was cold. Couldn’t even eat it after waiting the hour. We’ve been here 3 times and this will be our last. We give restaurants opportunities to make it right. 3 times is ridiculous. I would definitely NOT recommend. I wonder if it was because we were minority. It’s sad to say but everyone else was fine with waiting 60 minutes for their food. But again they at least had waiters checking on them.
