Established in 2015.
A new chapter began for me in 2015 with my bakery business Cindy Loves Cakes, after baking for friends and family, they'd continuously tell me that I should be selling my bakery creations. As the daughter of a Culinary/Pastry Chef & possessing such a deep passion for delicious from scratch bakeries, I'm surprised I didn't do it sooner! I just love to watch the looks on people's faces when they taste my bakes, it's a surprised wonderment that warms my heart everytime! I also warmly welcome most special dietary needs. CHAR Pizzeria Napoletana was started with a passion for traditional, Napoletana-style pizzas. The owners are from Naples, Italy and wanted to bring that authenticity to everyone. Our pizzas are made with '00' flour and San Marzano tomatoes, both imported from Italy. We use several different Italian cheeses but the main cheese is a fresh fior di latte mozzarella. We have a myriad of Italian meats to choose from like Prosciutto di Parma, which is a cured pork shoulder, imported from the Parma region of Italy. Not everyone can make it to Italy, so we will bring Italy to YOU!
