Do Drop In

Yep I've been to The Do Drop In. Located in the foothills of beutiful Sunny Slope just moments away from a luxury reasort and a hospital. They have ice at The Do Drop In. For the drinks they have a majic box that turns water into ice. I heard bout that in a prayer book. I was impressed the head bartender at the time took my order. I made it a hard one, and finally I was drinking a grayhound. They sure know how to mix a drink. There's good people at the Do Drop In if you can get through the rough exterior. I would certainly return and have another drink at the Do Drop In. If anyone wanted to buy me one. Lol

This is the best dive bar around. Joellyn is by far the best bartender in the place. You never have to wait for your drink when she is there. The new bartender Jen is awesome. Should have hired her long ago. If they only had a manager that gave a danm about the place it could be one of the best in Phoenix. The best nights to go are Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday.

4 stars as this IS the epitome of a dive bar, but didn't hear a single Waylon or Willie tune while there. Cheap drinks, zero decor (unless you count the evident regulars) pool, darts AND pinball. Without previous Yelp help and despite a domestic dispute unfolding in the parking lot, we decided to give it a try after driving by. As per previous review, I was glad I was with two male coworkers. Seemed a rough place, but the bartender was quick, and friendly enough and the other patrons minded their own business, as did we. Not too clean, but the PBR was cold.

I give it 5 stars when Joellyn is bartending!!! She's such a sweetheart, makes awesome drinks and keeps the bar so clean.. I've been there many times and have had the best service and the best drinks when she's behind the bar!!! Thank you Joellyn

They closed the doors, it is no more. Was a great place to work and drink at. It is sad however no one told the employee's or the customers, not even a note on the door..
