State 48 Brewery is a collective consisting of 4 different breweries, each featuring its own style and offerings. Each location has a brewhouse and brewpub onsite as well as a scratch kitchen to compliment our craft beer.
Pretty expensive place to be, but the music was great, the food was good, and the drinks were delicious. Plenty of options that weren't beer. The customer service was also excellent.
Great place for beer flights and appetizers. We ordered the pretzels, fish tacos and buffalo cauliflower. Everything was good minus the fish tacos weren’t the best in my opinion.
They have tons of seating (indoor and outdoor). Ping pong and corn hole set ups. Awesome beer and a fun environment.
Ordered the brussel sprout appetizer. The first attempt was burnt and lacking balsamic. The second attempt may have been more burnt and while it had balsamic, it lacked bacon. Entrées were even worse. The pasta wasn't just al dente, it was undercooked, several sampled and agreed. The salmon was not just undercooked, but completely raw, both times it arrived. Alexis, the waitress was amazing and extremely helpful. She was not only embarrassed by the poor food, but also the rudeness of the manager. He was dismissive and very disinterested in hearing about the errors. It was not until I mentioned that I regularly write reviews that he showed even basic concern. His attitude was atrocious and extremely unprofessional the entire night. If it wasn't for such a great waitress in Alexis and a great band playing, it would have been the worst restaurant experience ever.
Nice open air patio and inside area. The food was good. We both had salads- I had the salmon which was really good. My husband liked the beer. I would definitely go back. Would be a great place to watch the football games.
