Surprise Pho Vietnamese Restaurant

Small what appears to be family owned restaurant. Food tasted good but I don't know it good have been better? So I'm honestly stuck on how many stars to give. Like I felt like I had lunch at grandmas house. Ingredients could have been fresher. Portions could have been larger. But prices were low. Food was tasty. Service was great. The older woman was super kind.

Tried this place for the first time today & had their Filet mignon Pho to go & it was so good!! Came with all the traditional Pho fixings.
I'll definitely be back!
Also, the lady who answered the phone to take my order & who helped at pickup was the sweetest lady ever.

The Pho was great! Fairly priced as well, the staff was very nice and went above and beyond to make our lunch experience a good one! Had a fussy 5 month old during our meal and the waitress found a toy she had in the back and kept him entertained while we finished our meal!

This place is the best Thai restaurant I've ever been!! Is very clean and the food is delicious ! If you like Thai food definitely go there! If you don't.. it's probably because you haven't tried it yet.

Ownership and management here is terrible. They don't pay their employees for weeks sometimes. Best case, they pay them 3-5 days late from the date they were promised. They will block phone numbers and screen phone calls.

Don't support them until they pay their employees. I'll keep this here til they are paid.

They have been reported to the Arizona department of economic security. They have til Tuesday November 19th 2024, until they are reported to the Industrial Arizona Commerce and the department of labor.

They also own Tom Yum in Surprise.
