We’re famous for our beer and cheeseburgers, but there’s so much more to us than that. We use only the freshest ingredients in our kitchen: all burgers are hand-formed and cooked to order, and our salad dressings and potato chips are made in-house. We offer an expansive variety of dining and drinking options and even have a gluten friendly menu available upon request.

Brought to you by the creator of Valley staples such as Martini Ranch and Arcadia Tavern and Wasted Grain, Cold Beers & Cheeseburgers follows suit and has become the City's hottest place to be! Keeping it simple we decided to call ourselves exactly what we offer. Cold Beers & Cheeseburgers! We are not your basic burger place, however, our menu features only fresh ingredients with all items made in house daily. Our Award Winning burgers are all hand formed from fresh, never frozen, ground chuck, to create a tasty selection of mouthwatering half pound burgers. Add to that, 5 types of Award Winning Mac-N-Cheese, classic sandwiches such as our slow roasted Prime Dip, club and a staff favorite, the buffalo chicken featuring our house made buffalo sauce. We also feature hand crafted salads, char broiled hot dogs and a tasty selection of appetizers such as grilled drummettes, sliders, hell fire chips and much more. Throne Brewing was established in March of 2018, when owner-operator Carlos Toma purchased already existing Dubina Brewing in Glendale, Arizona. With over 10 years’ experience running a craft beer shop in downtown Phoenix, Arizona, opening a brewery was the obvious next step and also a lifelong goal.
Since opening its doors, Throne Brewing has become an outlet for creativity, innovation, and comradery. Our main focus is producing a wide variety of craft beers for every different beer enthusiast to enjoy while also providing a welcoming atmosphere for all.

Best China
Best China’s menu includes a variety of courses gathered from Chinese Four Cardinal directions: Dong, Xi, Nan, & Bei. Every dish has its own special seasoning from different provinces which gives the food an exceptional taste. For example, Mongolian Chicken is cooked in a define pan that brings out the Mongolian barbecue taste. Hunan Beef is from the province of Shaolin, the state of the Monks. Dining at Best China is the same as visiting the entire country of China.
Best China was originally a part of the chain, Good China. However, the main and “best” chief of the chain can only be located at one location; therefore, he acknowledged it would be best to create his own family restaurant. At last, he created Best China. The chief believes that “the only way to make it best is to make good better.” In that case, we call the restaurant Best China to remind us our commitment to have our food unique and delicious with quality. Our Food Is Fresh… Nothing Has Been Frozen
Our initial idea for a richly flavored menu was that our recipes would be made fresh every day. And, that our meats or other food groups would ‘only’ be fresh and never frozen. As we were to find out, this concept is more easily attainable in a traditional sit-down restaurant. Our model, requested by the owner, called for a drive-thru format where a totally fresh menu would be provided for a fast-food restaurant and Phoenicians on the go.
The difficulty with serving fresh food in a fast-food delivery style is timing. In a regular restaurant, the food is ordered and the chef or cook puts the meats on the grill or flat top. When it’s done, it is served to the customer. However, in fast food, the traffic speeds have to be anticipated and cooked just ahead of the customer driving through the drive-up lane. Our Brushfire staff, led by Sione Saenz, was able to unlock the secrets of timing and stay committed to providing fresh, never frozen fast food to our customers that really tastes good.
