Days prior, I called around to make last minute reservations for a party of 14 and after being rejected.. I decided to call this First Watch location. Although no reservations are accepted here, they allowed me to add my name to the waitlist before arriving. I did so and called to inform we were a total of 14 not 6 as that was the limit on the waitlist in the App.
They quickly updated our headcount and as soon as we arrived, we were all seated . The table was ready to go and I was expecting to wait at least an hour. We did not wait a single minute.
The lady who seated us was SO FRIENDLY and welcoming. Our waiter was phenomenal. She greeted all of us including the kiddos (made small conversation with them) and was extremely attentive to our needs as customers.
It was my very first time visiting a First Watch and will definitely be returning. I am so glad the other places rejected us because my family and I had such an incredible experience at this location.

My daughter and I were in Phoenix and in need of food after getting our nails done. We used get in line but it wasn't needed due to not being very busy. I think it was around 1:30 in the afternoon.
We were seated right away and our drink order were taken shortly. We both ordered the purple haze drink which was very refreshing. You can taste the lavender aftertaste which sets it apart from basic lemonade.
I ordered the Farmhouse skillet hash with over medium eggs and my daughter had the works omelet with no mushrooms. Food came outhot and fresh. Staff was friendly and attentive. It was good enough for us to return the next day.
I heard a lot about this place so I checked there out twice. In my both experiences, the staff were extra nice, and it was easy to find parking.
The coffee there is amazing. I mean every drink there is just too good to be true but I do suggest the purple haze, it is a weird but tasty lemonade with a hint of lavender.
The eggs, the bread, the pancakes are awesome. However, the Bacon, is something else. The million dollar bacon comes with maple syrup and it's cooker to perfection. If I ever come back, I will make sure I'll get more of that bacon.
I got the Lemon Ricotta pancakes and we shared a side of million dollar bacon. The pancakes were fluffy and light but very filling. I've never had (or even thought of) lemon pancakes but holy cow they were tasty. The fresh strawberries on top and the delicious maple syrup options made this a breakfast I will need to repeat soon. My companions got the chickichanga and the tropical French toast. Both smelled, looked and tasted amazingly good.
Honestly, the whole menu just had a 'fresh' vibe and there were a lot of gf/healthy options but they didn't LOOK like health food, ya know? Presentation was good and everything we tried was seasoned well & cooked perfectly. Even the condiments were not your ordinary bulk food store trash. I can't wait to go back and try something new because even the juices & drinks they had looked yummy!
