Just months ago you were hard-pressed to find someone who knew what cake pops were, let alone companies making them. Now, they are “popping” up in every bakeshop, supermarket, and coffee house. The cake pop craze was becoming mainstream and as orders accumulated; I reached my productivity capacity and was feeling the rolling pain in my hands. This Mountainview Diner, built in Singac, New Jersey, Model No. 330, was slated to be “the most modern kitchen in all of upstate”. Among the most notable are the Best Cheeseburger and Best Bacon Cheeseburger awarded by the New York Beef Council and the most recent acclaim of Best Diner in Upstate New York as voted by hundreds of thousands of New York residents.
