Our meal kits come fully prepped so that the only thing you need at home is access to cooking equipment, a pan or two and some cooking utensils. While offering exemplary, homemade tasting versions of Vietnamese classics such as the reliably delicious "phở" (rice noodle soup) or "bún" (rice noodle salad bowl), Little Saigon also focus on lesser-known and more unique Vietnamese staples such as "mì quảng" (turmeric noodle soup with shrimp, steamed pork and rice crackers), "bò cuốn lá nho" (grilled beef wrapped in grape leaves) and "gỏi ngó sen tôm thịt" (lotus root salad studded with shrimp, pork and pickled vegetables). Throne Brewing was established in March of 2018, when owner-operator Carlos Toma purchased already existing Dubina Brewing in Glendale, Arizona. With over 10 years’ experience running a craft beer shop in downtown Phoenix, Arizona, opening a brewery was the obvious next step and also a lifelong goal.
Since opening its doors, Throne Brewing has become an outlet for creativity, innovation, and comradery. Our main focus is producing a wide variety of craft beers for every different beer enthusiast to enjoy while also providing a welcoming atmosphere for all.
On April 1st, 2020, Throne Brewing opened its second location in Peoria, Arizona. This location is a production facility and taproom, with a brand-new canning line that will focus on serving our beers to the entire state of Arizona and beyond.
