Hot bagels moved from New Jersey to the state of Arizona in 2001. If you like fresh bagels, then you'll love Hot Bagels. The shop makes its bagels by hand, not by machine. Back in January 1999, we vacationed in Arizona at my brother's house in Arrowhead. Anthony and Tina told us the area was starving for a "family" owned Pizzeria where families can enjoy the casual atmosphere and great back east style Italian food at a good price. On the airplane ride back to frigid, snowy, icy, Cape Cod, Judy and I decided to put our pizzeria up for sale and move ourselves and our son Robert to the Valley of the Sun.
