The U.S. Egg Breakfast & Lunch Restaurant is a locally family owned and operated establishment with locations in Scottsdale, Tempe, Phoenix and Chandler. As home of the Original Protein Pancake, we have been serving our guests since 1986, our breakfast and lunch menu is served from 6:30 AM until 2:30 PM.

Smells so good in here! Fast and friendly service is top notch. So glad my friend and I tried this place. Good food and fast service. Had a problem with my food and they made it right immediately. I appreciate them and will be back.
Fantastic as always. So good we got the protein salad to go for later. First time I've had their burger as I am gluten-free due to bad allergies, I usually enjoy the gluten-free waffles or French toast or BLT or protein salad that no one else offers
My family and I have been eating here for the past 6 years and we love it! We recommend it to anyone asking for a great breakfast joint. The food is always exceptional, the service however is inconsistent. We were here yesterday morning and they were fairly busy but our server gave us incredible service! She got down to my daughters level and made her feel comfortable after we told our server she doesn’t like loud places (she was covering her ears). We tend to be difficult people due to allergies and Ashley met all of our needs without one mistake. She was managing the busy crowd well and still tending to us making us feel cared for. My wife and I watched her work as she made all of her customers laugh. Asking for napkins is a pet peeve of my wife’s and Ashley brought them with the food. Lastly thank you for letting my daughter play with your pink pen! It’s the little things that makes a 5 year olds day. We love it here because it’s like family, we will be back to see Ashley time and time again! My daughter wants to go back just to see “the girl with the pink pen”. Thank you Ashley and happy holidays.
Went here for breakfast this morning. Pretty good food. A bit pricey for the quality of food. I would say Original Breakfast House has better food at the same price. I had the Idaho Hot Skillet.
