By importing all our teas from Japan and Taiwan, we can create unique flavors that will enhance your tea drinking experience. Our Taiwanese shaved snow is created with fresh ingredients, which creates a light and fluffy textured ice cream. It is slightly sweetened with fresh fruit and melts in your mouth like cotton candy. We also support local AZ farmers by purchasing all our produce locally, which allows Sumo Snow to receive deliveries of fresh fruits daily. My passion for baking began at the age of eight when my grandma and I would be found in the kitchen together whipping up something delicious. I took that passion and attended Johnson & Wales University; where I successfully graduated with a degree in Baking & Pastry Arts as well as a Bachelor's in Food Service Management. I worked at the Four Seasons Hotel Denver where I gained priceless knowledge about the hospitality industry and fine dining. After moving back to my home state, Arizona, I became the first pastry chef at an upscale casual restaurant in New River. I am committed to creating edible art that is delicious and made with quality ingredients. I enjoy bringing smiles to people's faces and being a part of special moments through food. [read more]
