Sushi, teriyaki & tempura meet sake bombs at this Japanese strip-mall eatery with flat-screen TVs.
Found this little gem by accident. The service was great, thank you Kim. And the sushi came quick, and was delicious.
4 stars for our 1st visit only because a couple rolls were, for me, just a bit bland. But we will be back and I do believe this review will be updated to a 5 star. Pictures have details on what we ordered.
Went to this place on a whim and I'm glad I did. My Mom and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Clean place, fast and attentive waitress. Pricing is relative and competitive with other sushi establishments I've visited. Attractive staff. I would definitely come again.
We decided to try out this Kabuki after a gym sesh being it's right near Eos Gym. We had about a 15-20min wait which we didn't mind after checking out the menu. It is worth the wait! They have so many amazing speciality sushi rolls it was so hard to choose! We decided to start with the flaming mushrooms that were stuffed with crab. They were delish I wanted to lick the plate. We then decided on two rolls to split. The Thunder and the JTom. I loved the JTom it was a little spicy and so fresh and flavorful! We will def be back again it will be our new Friday night spot.
Entrees were decent. Tempura not that great. My biggest issue is the rolls. It is not hard to see they are being stingy on key ingredients. I ordered a caterpillar role (see pic) and I can barely see any eel. For almost $17 its just a glorified California roll with tiny bits of eel.
Great Fresh Sushi served with friendly service
I went twice in my recent trip, once with 1 other person and once with 5 other people. Both times were consistent with great fresh sushi and friendly service. The second time we were there for quite a couple hours and they were friendly and accommodating to us the entire time.
I recommend you save room for the tempura ice cream
