The idea of Booty's was hatched way back in 1985 by Andy LiButti while he was attending Florida International University. He wanted to create a place that had the Best Wings Anywhere, lots of Sports Action, and a Super Friendly staff. After working for several different restaurants and various other endeavors, He partnered up with Peggy Young, and together with Charlie Houston and Kurtis Paul they scraped together enough money to open Booty's Wings Burgers & Beer in Surprise in May 2012. The cake pop craze was becoming mainstream and as orders accumulated; I reached my productivity capacity and was feeling the rolling pain in my hands. How did we get started? The Pandemic caused a lot of people to change how they live, and we were no different. Not being able to go to our favorite restaurants had a major impact on our lifestyle. Due to the time it takes to make Pho the right way, one of our favorite places to eat was our local Pho restaurant. However, once the pandemic was in full effect, this was no longer an option. So what did we do then? The entire family got involved in brainstorming on how we can make AUTHENTIC Pho in a short amount of time to make it convenient for our busy lifestyle. First, we took our family recipe that has been passed down several generations, and started to experiment on ways to make it faster, and not sacrifice flavor, taste or authenticity. Second, we spent time and time again perfecting our process until finally, we hit perfection! What did we do next? We made kits for ourselves, family members, coworkers and friends to enjoy at home. What happened next? Friends would tell other friends, family would tell their friends, and before you knew it, there was a circle of demand for our new Pho Kit.
