It’s pretty simple, actually. The Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen in Goodyear, Arizona is all about good food, made well, for a good price. How do we pull that off? By cooking from scratch. That’s our secret ingredient, and it makes for great tasting food at an even better value. What does that mean exactly for the people of Goodyear? That means large plates full of Santa Fe Spinach Dip or Cheddar's Cheese Fries after a day at the Wildlife World Zoo. The bagels are crusty on the outside and chewy on the inside, the way real bagels where meant to be and all of them are hand roll boiled and baked bagels daily. We serve breakfast and lunch everyday. We have been serving great drinks, great food and great fun in a colorful, upbeat atmosphere. Our specialties are our Fat Tuesday Frozen Daiquiris and authentic New Orleans style food. Rewind back before the birth of NakedQ, Pitboss Oren traveled all over the country & ate a lot of BBQ. He achieved his dream 16 years later with the help of his brother David Ruiz by opening “Cotijas Taco Shop” in El Cajon, California. Our mission is to be our customers' favorite place to eat. Since 1978, with the same local ownership, the Carlos O'Brien's team is always working hard to achieve this goal. From our first location in a modest strip mall in downtown Phoenix, our customers could not get enough. Diners waited in lines for seats and parking spaces and came from all parts of Arizona. Not being satisfied with keeping people waiting, we found a much bigger location just a few miles north on 12th Street and Northern Avenue. And since, we opened two more locations around the valley.
