About

The self-made chef, Waldemar Okula (Owner), uses his taste buds, imagination, and a touch of love to create home-cooked meals that are better than your own. While Waldemar prepares the meal, Malgorzata will provide you with endless entertainment and a loving atmosphere. You will have a memorable experience that will bring you back to your childhood days. If you don’t believe me try the goulash, stuffed cabbage, or kielbasa.

Oh, but there is more than the great dinners try their soups! Just ask for a “shot of the soup,” if it tickles your taste buds- order the bowl.

You will be impressed with the variation of culinary skills and his imagination. Try the special of the day or one of the wonderful sandwiches!

So happy to return to this great spot in Glendale. Margaret is always so nice to everyone. So besides great food you get superior customer service. We had the combo plate and the mozzarella sandwich. Both dishes were so tasty. If you get a chance stop by this polish restaurant and try A Taste of European. You will be glad you did.

You're a restaurant being operated by a couple who are originally from Poland. It is small maybe eight tables and our waitress was one of the owners. Her husband is a chef and the quality of the food left nothing more to be desired. Servings were large and the plating was exceptional.

I had the.combination plate, zwhich consisted of perigee kilbassavsausage and hunters stew. I could not finish the food and had to take home a "personal service bag" I had a second meal from my left overs.

What a great while in the wall find!

My husband and I were invited to eat here for lunch. We got the sample platter and a pork chop special with mushroom sauce. Both were great and flavorful.

If you do decide to eat here during the lunch rush, then I suggest to come early! Luckily my group and I got sat and ate before they got super busy for lunch.
