When I saw a sign on the freeway that Carolinas was next exit we took a detour!
Couldn't even wait to get it home. Ending up eating it in the car!

Unfortunately they were out of homemade tortillas and rice. Overall decent food.
We had the chips and salsa, three dollars. Salsa was very watery, but good flavor. I had the number 13 mini beef chimichangas, which were really good. It would've been nice to let us know that they didn't have rice today, so we got two things of beans in our togo box. Husband had the flautas meal and liked them. Overall rating was a three, mainly because they got my order wrong. I said no to chicken three times, but the beef chimichangas came as chicken. And the fact that they were out of their homemade flour tortillas and didn't let us know they were out of rice until we opened our to go container.
Carolinas catered our event Saturday night and the food was great. Everyone, 50 in all, thought the food and selection was great.
Delete with Christy at catering office, who was very helpful and quick to return calls. Answered all my questions and concerns.
