Hot bagels moved from New Jersey to the state of Arizona in 2001. If you like fresh bagels, then you'll love Hot Bagels. The shop makes its bagels by hand, not by machine. The bagels are crusty on the outside and chewy on the inside, the way real bagels were meant to be and all of them are hand rolled, boiled, and baked bagels daily.
We serve breakfast and lunch selling 3000 everyday. It's quite a show to watch the large mound of dough being hand rolled and boiled. It smells great, too!

my wife and me are Pastry Chefs as well as Chef de Cuisine ,we both know how to Bake, Decorate, Create desserts,breads,Pastries and also Cooking. i lost my job in 2004 and my wife Hotel was demolished in 2005, so 2 years after that happened we decided to open a Filipino Bakery , then the following year a next door space was available , so we turn it into a Restaurant , offering Classical Filipino dishes , our bakery is international , we have French, Italian , Greek and on some ocassions German Pastries, specially for Christmas i make a traditional dresden Christmas Stollen. let me not forget that being the firs filipino bakery in arizona , we create the best Filipino Pastries, Cakes and desserts in Arizona. From our first location in a modest strip mall in downtown Phoenix, our customers could not get enough. Diners waited in lines for seats and parking spaces and came from all parts of Arizona. Not being satisfied with keeping people waiting, we found a much bigger location just a few miles north on 12th Street and Northern Avenue. And since, we opened two more locations around the valley.
