Amazing customer service. We loved the food so much. Everyone kept checking in on us even the manager.
We had the chicken breast & filet mignon with sides mashed potatoes and asparagus.
Dessert we had the carrot cake.
Omg 10/10

Slightly disappointed.
We have been coming here for years. Last visit was before Covid. So, I am adjusting my expectations to the new normal. The staff was on point. But also looked overwhelmed.
The food was lackluster. The calamari looked like a hot oily mess, but tasted fresh. I ordered sea bass, without the sweet coating, the fish was good, but they took the rest of the sides away on the plate. So I received a 48.$ piece of fish on a giant plate. Just like this picture of my leftovers.
The fish tasted good and was hot.
The flemings potatoes looked left over and had been transferred to the serving dish and not baked in the serving dish. They were dry.
The dessert was fabulous and the coffee was cold... twice.
I'm sorry to give a bad review. I really considered this place special.
I don't really want to come back.
PS. To me.... If you have to put sweet coatings on fish, it's because you have to hide the smell/taste of the fishiness. Fresh fish should be able to stand in their own flavor.
Overall a decent choice for steak. Especially when you're not looking for ambiance or a happening place but want to go out.
Service was great, our steaks were great but there is an overall lack of sophistication. For example, our wedge salad came out with pre cooked cut up COLD bacon. Like it just came out of the Costco bag and was cut up.
We asked for actual 'cooked' bacon and our waiter had them put a couple pieces under the broiler. Not the waiters fault.Overall a lackluster choice. Chef- people are paying attention yet most will NOT complain nor take the time out to give feedback. Is this your best?
Holy cow, is this a loud restaurant. I'm not old, but I sure felt it. I'm not talking the music (I don't remember the music, actually) -- I'm talking about acoustics and the general ambient noise of the other tables. We had reservations for several weeks, so it was a bit disappointing that we were put at the first table near the door, so every time someone came or left, two of us at our round table felt a terrible draft (also, why is it set up that way that we get a terrible draft? Oh, right, Arizona. They don't expect it to be in the 40s in December. Or do they?) The heat was on, so I alternated between being very warm and either wanting to take off my sweater / actually taking off my sweater and getting the chills. It was annoying. I let our server know that we were cold and annoyed by being near the door, but she laughed it off. She was also the only one working who wore her mask under her nose (everyone else wore theirs properly). I wondered why the heck she was even wearing one at all. Pick a lane, babe. It was also weird to see a steak that was almost $100 on the menu and a television showing a football game at the same time, but whatever. I guess I don't get out much.
I ordered the sea bass. It was delicious. Hubs was torn between a few options so he started asking for advice, but the server put an end to his quandry when she said that two of the three items he was interested in were sold out, so that was that. He was happy, though, and said his ribeye was very good. We ordered Fleming's potatoes and asparagus for the table, which were both fine. The star was actually the Fleming's house salad and its perfect lemony vinaigrette. So good. And the creme brulee, which was not the best I've ever had, but it was up there (and frankly, mediocre creme brulee is still better than most things in life).
I appreciated that my parents took us here for a special occasion, but I'm not sure that I'd want to go back. While it was great to have sea bass cooked by a chef who knows how to cook sea bass, part of what you spend the money on is the experience, and this experience was sort of a letdown.
