I love pieology pizza! The people here are always generous with the toppings. I ordered two custom pizzas today and they surprised me with really cute hand drew arts on the boxes. This made my day!! :)
Bad customer service here I went in at 9:15 pm they did not accept us as a walk-in customer and said online order only, that sucks because they not close until 10pm. We tried many times order online and still can't get the order because of online problems, it only us two there. We left without food and unhappy so horrible
Horrible customer service. Walking inside a little after noon to place an order for lunch, employee saw me said nothing and walked to the back.
Then after standing about ten minutes waiting to place an order I decided to yell to the back where I'm guessing everyone is hanging out "excuse me can are you open, can I place an order?". Employee comes out says "I'm doing something I'll be out in a second".
Decided to walk out won't waste my lunch break time or money here.
Management needs to find some better employees or work on some customer service.
Ok, so my wife and I came here for Sunday Date Night. We've heard really good things about their Cauliflower Crust and it's better than what we've heard. I had no idea it wasn't a normal everyday pizza crust, it was so good.
The only problem we had is that we ordered drinks and when my wife went to fill them up, they were out of ice. So I told the manager and she said "Yes, we are out of ice". I waited a second because I was expecting her to say something else but she just walked away.
I feel like she should have at least offered to refund our drinks or told us before we ordered them that they were out of ice. I can't imagine she didn't think that was a problem!
The food was really good but sadly, we won't be back.
