Pho Avina is a family owned and operated Vietnamese restaurant. In 1990, our family started Avina's Vietnamese Cuisine on the corner of 43rd Ave & Bell Rd. In 2005, my mother sold her store and I took over Pho Phat in 2007. We specialize in Southern Vietnamese cooking. From start to finish, our Pho broth takes 12 hours to prepare and we use fresh cuts of eye round steak, brisket, flank, shank, and oxtail to flavor our broth. CHAR Pizzeria Napoletana was started with a passion for traditional, Napoletana-style pizzas. The owners are from Naples, Italy and wanted to bring that authenticity to everyone. Our pizzas are made with '00' flour and San Marzano tomatoes, both imported from Italy. We use several different Italian cheeses but the main cheese is a fresh fior di latte mozzarella. We have a myriad of Italian meats to choose from like Prosciutto di Parma, which is a cured pork shoulder, imported from the Parma region of Italy. Not everyone can make it to Italy, so we will bring Italy to YOU!
