Our family owned and operated Caramba Mexican Food restaurants cook daily from scratch. No lard, no MSG. We use cholesterol free no trans fat canola oil. Our chicken is 100% fresh, never frozen. Only the leanest cuts of beef are used. We prepare all authentic Mexican dishes and salsas fresh daily. Low carb, low fat, vegetarian items are also available. Breakfast Burritos served all day as well as menudo. Mexican and domestic beers are served ice cold and our award winning " Best in Phoenix" margaritas are made with gold premium tequilas. We opened our first location in downtown Glendale in 1990. Since then we have opened 4 more locations in Phoenix, Glendale, and Surprise. All locations are family owned and operated. If you like fresh bagels, then you'll love Hot Bagels. The shop makes its bagels by hand, not by machine. The bagels are crusty on the outside and chewy on the inside, the way real bagels where meant to be and all of them are hand roll boiled and baked bagels daily. We serve breakfast and lunch everyday.
