Very home like feel. Friendly staff and quick to respond. Salsa was really good. Got a very family feel. The cheese they used was so good. Rice flavorful beans good. I just wished the tamale wasn't covered with cheese to get the full flavor of it. Taco was really good. The only bad thing the tea tasted like coffee. But water works too!

If you are looking for home feeling away from home, this is the place to go. My husband and I went to a wedding and had a great time. Great service, peaceful and comfortable, and very clean. If you are visiting from USA, Casa Morales is the perfect place, the owners speak Inglish. I say you get the USA VIP service with the Mexican touch to it. The breakfast is delicious. Mirna really got it going in the kitchen. If you are concerned about safety, this place is very safe and I recommend you talk to Esther (The owner ) about what your plans are during your visit there and she will assist you. Family atmosphere. The location is great, within walking distance from the main street and not too far from other towns around Guadalajara. The house looks much better in person than it does in the pictures.

This place is hit & miss! Sometimes you'll show up and service is everything you'd want from an authentic Mexican restaurant. Other times you're lucky if they bring you chips and salsa without having to ask for it. Same goes for the food.
