In 1952, a brand spanking new silver bullet diner was delivered to a small community in Upstate New York. This Mountainview Diner, built in Singac, New Jersey, Model No. 330, was slated to be “the most modern kitchen in all of upstate”. The residents of Herkimer watched in amazement as the diner was delivered on a flatbed truck and installed right along Main Street. For 65 years the Empire Diner has been the hub of the community and has held a special place in the hearts of many. It tells a story of a gathering of family and friends enjoying great food and lots of laughs. Otto’s Empire Diner has kept the tradition alive and well, winning numerous awards with their food. Among the most notable are the Best Cheeseburger and Best Bacon Cheeseburger awarded by the New York Beef Council and the most recent acclaim of Best Diner in Upstate New York as voted by hundreds of thousands of New York residents. Otto’s Empire Diner is home to the work’s largest Omelet as recognized by Ripley’s! Believe it or Not. This amazing omelet consisted of 41,040 eggs and an unbelievable 2,128.75 square feet. We are proud to be affiliated with such a wonderful establishment. It is our goal to offer outstanding meals and service with the same distinction as the original New York diner. Just months ago you were hard-pressed to find someone who knew what cake pops were, let alone companies making them. Now, they are “popping” up in every bakeshop, supermarket, and coffee house. The cake pop craze was becoming mainstream and as orders accumulated; I reached my productivity capacity and was feeling the rolling pain in my hands. As I searched for a machine that would relieve my pain I couldn’t find one that did the job. My search continually came up empty, desperate to find an “easier way”, I decided to build one myself. Over several months and through trial and error with different materials and processes, the Easy Roller was born. Content with developing the product for myself I soon discovered that ALL of my baking peers shared my same need and would benefit from this time-saving device.
