I took that passion and attended Johnson & Wales University; where I successfully graduated with a degree in Baking & Pastry Arts as well as a Bachelor's in Food Service Management. I worked at the Four Seasons Hotel Denver where I gained priceless knowledge about the hospitality industry and fine dining. After moving back to my home state, Arizona, I became the first pastry chef at an upscale casual restaurant in New River. This Mountainview Diner, built in Singac, New Jersey, Model No. 330, was slated to be “the most modern kitchen in all of upstate”. Only thing that I hate IMO is the menu has too many options. I hate deciding as it is!
