I took that passion and attended Johnson & Wales University; where I successfully graduated with a degree in Baking & Pastry Arts as well as a Bachelor's in Food Service Management. I worked at the Four Seasons Hotel Denver where I gained priceless knowledge about the hospitality industry and fine dining. After moving back to my home state, Arizona, I became the first pastry chef at an upscale casual restaurant in New River.
