My partner and I visited this Chili's at about 6:30PM, on Friday, April 1, 2022. I'm being very specific so the manager there can identify their server Stephanie and give her a raise. Stephanie is the only reason we didn't walk out soon after we arrived.

Chili's has gone to these silly two-sided "menus" that have a couple of entrees on one side and a few cocktails on the other. The menu says to scan a QR code "to get the full menu." Well, not only do we not want to read a menu on our phones, but before you even get the menu you have to "create a free account." That's a nice way to say "Give us your email and phone number so we can spam you with ads."

My partner and I weren't having any, so I went to the hostess and asked for real menus. The hostess told me that all the real menus were in use by other diners. Apparently the "give us your privacy" menus weren't popular with anyone.

We were about to leave rather than play along when Stephanie came to the rescue. She found us our menus and the rest of the meal went very well. Stephanie was smiling and efficient, refilled drinks without being asked, and generally made our visit very pleasant. And she is the only reason that restaurant got our business.

So Chili's manager, find Stephanie and do something nice for her. I don't think we are the only customers she has saved for you.

Just say NO!
Had my order delivered. Items thrown in box without separation so that everything became mixed up and fell apart. Ingredients missing and wrong sauces.
My southwest egg rolls were burnt and served like a burrito.
It was a container of sadness.
Won't order for delivery or eat at location again.
It's bullshit to treat your delivery customers like crap just because you know you won't have to deal with them in person.

Upon arrival at 820p there was an approx wait given for 45 minutes. It was late so we decided to wait. At approx 910 the hostess informed us the kitchen was backed up and the wait would be longer. I requested to be seated and didn't mind the wait. The hostess was professional and sweet and sat us down herself and got us our drinks.
The waitress finally came over 940 and we were able to order appetizer but also informed us that they would be closing in 20 minutes. I was a little shocked at the rush after we're patiently waited however I imagine it wasn't here fault. They were all very sweet and we were able And never once rushed us.
The food was DELICIOUS! We were a group of 7 so we had several appetizers and drinks to start. The strawberry margarita on the rocks was great for the price. My daughter ordered a root beer and came in an old fashion glass which was cute. Her and I both ordered the Cajun shrimp
Pasta and it was made fresh and served hot. It was a good choice. My partner ordered an Alex burger and it looked delicious. He stated it was good as well. All for a good price.
Shoutout to The team there of waiters/waitress including the hostess as you can tell they really work together to create a good experience for the customer with what they have.
