Rito's Mexican Food is celebrating 45 years of business this year and we could not be more excited about the future as a company. What began as a neighborhood convenience store within the Garfield Historic Neighborhood quickly found itself selling more burritos and tacos from its limited "to go" only kitchen, than grocery goods. To that end, Rito and Rosemary Salinas decided to pivot Rito's concept into a take-out-only Mexican Food establishment that has served the "Valley Of The Sun" time-honored family recipes spanning generations. Rosemary and Rito have since passed the company on to their daughter Charlotte who embodies the same work ethic her parents instilled within her over the course of their careers. Like a true family-owned business Charlotte works alongside her sister, nieces, nephews, sons, and long-time staff some of whom have been with the company for over 30 years. As the company continues to expand its reach across Arizona, Rito's will always remain committed to providing the same great-tasting Mexican Food that Arizona has come to love with the freshest ingredients and friendly customer service.

Otto's Empire Diner
In 1952, a brand spanking new silver bullet diner was delivered to a small community in Upstate New York. This Mountainview Diner, built in Singac, New Jersey, Model No. 330, was slated to be “the most modern kitchen in all of upstate”. The residents of Herkimer watched in amazement as the diner was delivered on a flatbed truck and installed right along Main Street. For 65 years the Empire Diner has been the hub of the community and has held a special place in the hearts of many. It tells a story of a gathering of family and friends enjoying great food and lots of laughs.
Otto’s Empire Diner has kept the tradition alive and well, winning numerous awards with their food. Among the most notable are the Best Cheeseburger and Best Bacon Cheeseburger awarded by the New York Beef Council and the most recent acclaim of Best Diner in Upstate New York as voted by hundreds of thousands of New York residents.
Otto’s Empire Diner is home to the work’s largest Omelet as recognized by Ripley’s! Believe it or Not. This amazing omelet consisted of 41,040 eggs and an unbelievable 2,128.75 square feet.

On July 29, 2005, The now Otto’s Empire Diner opened their first location in Phoenix Arizona at 3502 W. Greenway Road Ste. # 20. Salvadoreño Restaurant #5- Pupusas
We are a family owned restaurant specializing in home-style cooking from El Salvador and Central America. Our recipes trace back to our homeland of El Salvador where “Niña Martha” became known by her community for her delicious chicken tamales, fresh green corn tamales and various other homemade meals that she would send her daughter Miriam to deliver to the workers at the “fincas”, the fields of coffee beans and corn. After relocating to Arizona, in 2002, the family opened up their first location in Mesa, AZ. Fast forward to 2021, the business has grown to 2 locations in Phoenix, 2 in Mesa, 1 in El Mirage, 1 in California and a new location opening in 2022. From September of 1989 until June 1999, my wife and I owned and operated "Town Line Deli and Pizzeria" on Cape Cod Massachusetts.
Back in January 1999, we vacationed in Arizona at my brother's house in Arrowhead. Anthony and Tina told us the area was starving for a "family" owned Pizzeria where families can enjoy the casual atmosphere and great back east style Italian food at a good price. On the airplane ride back to frigid, snowy, icy, Cape Cod, Judy and I decided to put our pizzeria up for sale and move ourselves and our son Robert to the Valley of the Sun.
Our hopes are to establish a casual family atmosphere at an affordable price. We look forward to providing you with the finest, freshest ingredients available and we will do our best to ensure your visit is one to remember.
