Today there are over 185; nearly a dozen Italian and 99% are National Chains. We are Family Owned and Operated.

Mercer's Restaurant
With humble beginnings, we opened up the doors to Mercer's Restaurant in 1987. With a baby in tow, who is now managing the restaurant, we were excited to make home-cooked meals for our neighboring friends. We were welcomed with open arms by the community and have been able to continue serving you because of all the people that help make Mercer's Restaurant the enjoyable and friendly restaurant it is today. From the cooks to the dishwashers to the waitress who greets you at the door, we are here to help you have an enjoyable and relaxing meal. When you step into our father-son restaurant, we want you to feel like you are pulling up a chair at your best friend's table, with a comforting environment and even more comforting, delicious food.
If you have visited Mercer's a couple of times, don't be surprised if the waitress remembers your name. Before you know it, you will feel like you are part of the Mercer's family as well! We are so grateful to have customers who have visited us across many, many years and have created a family-like environment in the restaurant.

Our family owned and operated Caramba Mexican Food restaurants cook daily from scratch. No lard, no MSG. We use cholesterol free no trans fat canola oil. Our chicken is 100% fresh, never frozen. Only the leanest cuts of beef are used. We prepare all authentic Mexican dishes and salsas fresh daily. Low carb, low fat, vegetarian items are also available. Breakfast Burritos served all day as well as menudo. Mexican and domestic beers are served ice cold and our award winning " Best in Phoenix" margaritas are made with gold premium tequilas. Pho Avina is a family owned and operated Vietnamese restaurant. In 1990, our family started Avina's Vietnamese Cuisine on the corner of 43rd Ave & Bell Rd. In 2005, my mother sold her store and I took over Pho Phat in 2007. We specialize in Southern Vietnamese cooking. From start to finish, our Pho broth takes 12 hours to prepare and we use fresh cuts of eye round steak, brisket, flank, shank, and oxtail to flavor our broth. We’re very proud of the beautiful shop that we’ve built in Peoria, Arizona. We’re very proud of the great specialty coffee that we serve from Peixoto. We’re even proud of the matte black Not Neutral mugs that we serve our drinks in. But anyone could build something nice, serve something delicious, or buy some neat drinkware.
We’re proud of a lot of things, but we’re most proud of the community that we get to experience each and every day in and around our shop. And we certainly didn’t build this community – it was here in the surrounding neighborhoods and schools long before we broke ground. Rather, we saw an opportunity to serve and host this thriving community and concluded that a great coffee shop would be a great way to do this. Our doors opened in August 2019, and we haven’t looked back since.
Community matters to us, and that’s exactly what pushes us to serve the best coffee with the best service. We aim to make the world of coffee simple, welcoming, and approachable for anyone who walks in through our doors (or through our wall – you’ll have to come to check it out!). More than that, the world of coffee is about building relationships and we hope to foster that spirit in everything we do.

Throne Brewing was established in March of 2018, when owner-operator Carlos Toma purchased already existing Dubina Brewing in Glendale, Arizona. With over 10 years’ experience running a craft beer shop in downtown Phoenix, Arizona, opening a brewery was the obvious next step and also a lifelong goal.
Since opening its doors, Throne Brewing has become an outlet for creativity, innovation, and comradery. Our main focus is producing a wide variety of craft beers for every different beer enthusiast to enjoy while also providing a welcoming atmosphere for all.
On April 1st, 2020, Throne Brewing opened its second location in Peoria, Arizona. This location is a production facility and taproom, with a brand-new canning line that will focus on serving our beers to the entire state of Arizona and beyond.
