Village Inn
In 1958 the first Village Inn Pancake House opened its doors in Denver, Colorado and began offering what has since made us famous— made-from-scratch buttermilk pancakes, fresh eggs cooked any style, sizzling bacon and a pot of steaming hot coffee.
More than once, vacationers in Denver stopped at Village Inn for a bite to eat and enjoyed it so much that they inquired about franchise opportunities before leaving. Such requests inspired co-founders Merton “Andy” Anderson and Jim Mola to place an ad in The Wall Street Journal for prospective franchisees. Soon after, the first Village Inn franchise started operating in 1961, leading the way for successful franchise development.
Our reputation for serving quality all-day breakfast endures and carries over to our lunch, dinner and our award-winning pies. Village Inn serves The Best Pie In America® – like French Silk, Lemon Supreme, Country Apple and Caramel Pecan Silk Supreme. CHAR Pizzeria Napoletana
CHAR Pizzeria Napoletana was started with a passion for traditional, Napoletana-style pizzas. The owners are from Naples, Italy and wanted to bring that authenticity to everyone. Our pizzas are made with '00' flour and San Marzano tomatoes, both imported from Italy. We use several different Italian cheeses but the main cheese is a fresh fior di latte mozzarella. We have a myriad of Italian meats to choose from like Prosciutto di Parma, which is a cured pork shoulder, imported from the Parma region of Italy. Not everyone can make it to Italy, so we will bring Italy to YOU!

Otto's Empire Diner
In 1952, a brand spanking new silver bullet diner was delivered to a small community in Upstate New York. This Mountainview Diner, built in Singac, New Jersey, Model No. 330, was slated to be “the most modern kitchen in all of upstate”. The residents of Herkimer watched in amazement as the diner was delivered on a flatbed truck and installed right along Main Street. For 65 years the Empire Diner has been the hub of the community and has held a special place in the hearts of many. It tells a story of a gathering of family and friends enjoying great food and lots of laughs.
Otto’s Empire Diner has kept the tradition alive and well, winning numerous awards with their food. Among the most notable are the Best Cheeseburger and Best Bacon Cheeseburger awarded by the New York Beef Council and the most recent acclaim of Best Diner in Upstate New York as voted by hundreds of thousands of New York residents.
Otto’s Empire Diner is home to the work’s largest Omelet as recognized by Ripley’s! Believe it or Not. This amazing omelet consisted of 41,040 eggs and an unbelievable 2,128.75 square feet.

Pepe's Lounge
Pepe’s Restaurants have continuously served the Southland with fine quality Mexican food. Pepe’s was founded in 1962 by three brothers, Joe, Tony and Fred. Unable to find steady business at first, the location was changed several times before finally settling in Alhambra in 1962, where the name was changed permanently to “Pepe’s.” During these early years, the brothers often relied on the help of family members to keep the business growing. In 1962, their nephew “Pepe” was sent to fight in Vietnam. This is when Tony, out of love for his nephew, renamed the restaurant after him, Pepe's.
In the following years, the restaurant had become a great success. However, in 1973 Tony passed away leaving Joe and Fred to run the business solely. In 1976, the youngest of the three brothers, Fred, joined in helping to expand Pepe’s Restaurants with the opening of the Downey location. Since then, Pepe’s has continued to grow, opening locations in both Los Angeles, San Gabriel Valley and Orange Counties.
The restaurants have continuously served authentic, high quality Mexican food, keeping their secret recipes inside the family. This has made Pepe’s the well-known establishment it is today
