Friday & Saturday 6 am till 9 pm

During the months of June, July, and August we open our Summer Hours 6:00 am- 2:00 p.m.

Our family owned and operated Caramba Mexican Food restaurants cook daily from scratch. No lard, no MSG. We use cholesterol free no trans fat canola oil. Our chicken is 100% fresh, never frozen. We opened our first location in downtown Glendale in 1990. Since then we have opened 4 more locations in Phoenix, Glendale, and Surprise. All locations are family owned and operated. We are a family owned restaurant specializing in home-style cooking from El Salvador and Central America. Our recipes trace back to our homeland of El Salvador where “Niña Martha” became known by her community for her delicious chicken tamales, fresh green corn tamales and various other homemade meals that she would send her daughter Miriam to deliver to the workers at the “fincas”, the fields of coffee beans and corn.
