For the past 18 years he has produced the second largest and ONLY locally owned and operated bridal planning event in Arizona. Customer service is his number one focus. While his career path has been varied the pride he shows in everything he does shines through. Opening Bottega Pizzeria Ristorante in 2017 combined his love for food and hospitality. This Mountainview Diner, built in Singac, New Jersey, Model No. 330, was slated to be “the most modern kitchen in all of upstate”. The residents of Herkimer watched in amazement as the diner was delivered on a flatbed truck and installed right along Main Street. For 65 years the Empire Diner has been the hub of the community and has held a special place in the hearts of many.
