THE BEST DONUT IN TOWN The apple fritter will change your life. The classic glazed is as good as they come. The eclair is worth every wonderful calorie. We’re talking, of course, about a little donut shop that’s taken the Valley by storm and now operates over 20 locations and growing! Bosa Donuts is everything you want in a classic donut shop – affordable. fluffy donuts served in a no-frills atmosphere by friendly staff. There are also coffee drinks, breakfast and lunch sandwiches, fruit smoothies, and hot cocoa for the kids on the menu. Although all of those items are worth trying, it’s BoSa’s unfettered take on donuts that has won them, love, from Valley residents. Bosa doesn’t try to reinvent donut recipes or show off donut bravado with culinary skills, they just simply make the perfect donut. Period. Whether you’re in Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa, Tempe, Casa Grande, Phoenix, or Scottsdale, you’ve got access to Bosa 24/7. (Seriously, they’re open 24 hours a day, seven days per week.) Bosa is opening soon at 32nd Street and Shea, as well as University Drive and Greenfield. Some locations even feature a drive-thru. which is perfect for early morning commuters or late night snackers. Will you order a chocolate-filled glazed donut or a maple covered bar? Will you choose multi-colored sprinkles or dark ones? Will you throw in a Bavarian Cream or cinnamon roll? Donuts cost around $1 here (a dozen costs between $9-$14, depending on the style), so maybe you want to forsake all the decision-making and simply grab a dozen for the office or family. – David Tyda. What began as a small buffalo-style chicken wing restaurant in Garland, Texas, continues to soar to great heights. Today there are more than 1,500 restaurants open across the globe. Wingstop quickly became a fan favorite when we first opened our doors in 1994. Our proprietary recipes, outstanding food, and superior customer service created a demand that could only be satisfied by more locations. And in 1997 we began offering franchises. Today we are one of the fastest-growing concepts in the country, attracting top entrepreneurs and operators with the drive and passion to own their own businesses. [read more]

Randy and Dan grew up in Orange County, California, where you could find a Mexican taqueria on every corner. The food was great, but they knew there was an opportunity to create a taco shop with not only authentic Mexican food, but with a unique vibe inspired by their Southern California roots - the Taco Life was born, and the first Chronic Tacos swung open its doors in 2002. Inspired by badass, 3rd generation recipes, a laid back experience with an irresistible edge, and personal, friendly service -the Taco Life movement continues to spread across the nation. [read more]

The world’s best cookies are available It all started with one big dream, two crazy cousins, and the perfect combination of flour, sugar, and chocolate chips. After thousands of dollars in wasted dough, recipes that did not live up to their expectations, and cookies that were just plain embarrassing to them today, the cousins decided to try something a bit unique, A/B testing their way to the perfect cookie. They would take the exact same cookie, change out one ingredient like chocolate chips and randomly visit local gas stations and grocery stores simply asking one question "Which one of these two cookies is the best?" They continued this testing on ingredients and cooking methods until they came up with what they believe is the world's best chocolate chip cookie. The very first Crumbl opened in Logan, UT while Sawyer was attending Utah State University (go Aggies). Since then the franchise has expanded to 260+ locations in 36 different states. Each continuing to spread warm, fresh, delicious cookies to Crumblrs everywhere. [read more]

Our Food Is Fresh… Nothing Has Been Frozen Our initial idea for a richly flavored menu was that our recipes would be made fresh every day. And, that our meats or other food groups would ‘only’ be fresh and never frozen. As we were to find out, this concept is more easily attainable in a traditional sit-down restaurant. Our model, requested by the owner, called for a drive-thru format where a totally fresh menu would be provided for a fast-food restaurant and Phoenicians on the go. The difficulty with serving fresh food in a fast-food delivery style is timing. In a regular restaurant, the food is ordered and the chef or cook puts the meats on the grill or flat top. When it’s done, it is served to the customer. However, in fast food, the traffic speeds have to be anticipated and cooked just ahead of the customer driving through the drive-up lane. Our Brushfire staff, led by Sione Saenz, was able to unlock the secrets of timing and stay committed to providing fresh, never frozen fast food to our customers that really tastes good. [read more]

Hot bagels moved from New Jersey to the state of Arizona in 2001. If you like fresh bagels, then you'll love Hot Bagels. The shop makes its bagels by hand, not by machine. The bagels are crusty on the outside and chewy on the inside, the way real bagels were meant to be and all of them are hand rolled, boiled, and baked bagels daily. We serve breakfast and lunch selling 3000 everyday. It's quite a show to watch the large mound of dough being hand rolled and boiled. It smells great, too! The shop also has a full deli selling all your favorite appetizing meats, cheeses, and a large assortment of spreads. Scumptious deserts are available. [read more]

This is a great place when you want Mexican food. Always fresh and tasty. Wait a tad long but they don't keep things under a lamp like Taco Bell. Only thing that I hate IMO is the menu has too many options. I hate deciding as it is! Also it would help non-Spanish speaking customers to have English next to Spanish words so I don't have to use google when ordering. Highly recommend this place One photo is my receipt. Just months ago you were hard-pressed to find someone who knew what cake pops were, let alone companies making them. Now, they are “popping” up in every bakeshop, supermarket, and coffee house. The cake pop craze was becoming mainstream and as orders accumulated; I reached my productivity capacity and was feeling the rolling pain in my hands. As I searched for a machine that would relieve my pain I couldn’t find one that did the job. My search continually came up empty, desperate to find an “easier way”, I decided to build one myself. Over several months and through trial and error with different materials and processes, the Easy Roller was born. Content with developing the product for myself I soon discovered that ALL of my baking peers shared my same need and would benefit from this time-saving device. I learned in some cases shops were declining to make cake pops due to the amount of effort involved, literally throwing business away. The real value of my product is its simplicity. It reduces your labor, increases your productivity, creates product consistency but more importantly ELIMINATES the fear of growing your business, by making the rolling easy, hence the name the EASY ROLLER.
