Longtime, family-owned restaurant offering standard American plates in an unpretentious atmosphere.
Pleasant little place off the golf course. Good food, I had a burger my husband had the Reuben, reasonably priced and service was decent.
I've heard friends raving about Friday Fish Fry here and decided to try it last night. They start serving this at 3 p.m. and when I arrived at 3:30, the dining area was full and there was an appreciative crowd at the side window for to-go orders. There was a very generous amount of food and the fish was light and tasty. With the fries and cole slaw, there was enough for two meals. There was a bit of a wait because like most restaurants, there is light staffing right now, but plenty of friendly customers to chat with while you wait. I'll be back!
Great service and food. Prices were more than reasonable. Definitely going to stop again when in the area. I would highly recommend taking the time to visit The Crooked Putter. KC
